i. Founding Member:
a. A Founding Member is a Full Patch Member of the MC who was one of the original members creating the club 08 - 08 - 08
ii. Full Patch Member:
a. A Full Patch Member is a member of good standing.
b. A Full Patch Member is an individual who has kept his/her membership current while representing the MC in a positive manner.
c. A Full Patch Member must have his / her own motorcycle.
d. A Full Patch Member will participate in all MC functions such as Charity events, Socials and Meetings.
iii. Associate Members:
a. To be eligible for an Associate membership, a person must be involved in a relationship with a Full Patch Member of good standing.
b. Associate Members will pay the present dues.
iiii. Probationary (Prospect) Members:
a. A Probationary (Prospect) Members is one who aspires to become a Full Patch Member. This individual must be sponsored by a Full
Patch member in good standing. Probationary members have no voting rights.
b. All Probationary members must interact well with other current members.
c. All Probationary members must improve the climate of the MC when present.
d. Serve a period in which two (2) rides are taken with a Founding Member and/or current Officers and attend two meetings. A "walk-in" or
unsponsored rider, must serve a minimum of four (4) rides and attend two meetings.
e. At the completion of the Probationary Members qualifying rides, a MC vote will be taken into consideration with the final decision to be
made from the Founding Members and Current Officers.
iiiii. Absentee Member:
a. An Absentee Member is a former Full Patch Member who is no longer able to participate in the functions of the MC due to extenuating
circumstances.
b. An Absentee Member no longer has voting rights.
c. An Absentee member may return to Full Patch member by paying the difference in dues.
Dues:
The Dues are 400thb per month. Fees are not to be prorated. Dues shall be designated by the Committee. Dues may vary according to
class of membership. Dues may be changed or waived for members of special circumstances. These special circumstances will be taken
to a Committee vote. Club Rockers/Colors must be returned, without reimbursement, if a member leaves the club. Club Rockers/Colors
are 1,000thb and must be paid in full.
All Members, no matter their standing, will obey these rules:
A. Drinking alcohol will not be permitted while on a ride.
B. No riding while under the influence of alcohol or medication.
C. No weapons, drugs or reckless riding will be tolerated.
D. All members must have a valid motorcycle license, insurance and registration.
E. All members must ride street bikes.
F. All members must be safety conscious.
G. All members must ride safely and defensively.
H. All members are held to their own individual accountability.
I. All members are encouraged to attend as many MC meetings, functions and charitable events as possible.
J. All members must obey all local motor vehicle laws.
K. All members will ride in staggered formation on group rides.
L. All members will use group riding signals when riding with others.
M. All members will wear the MC colors at all MC functions.
N. All members must agree to accept all MC By-Laws.
O. Any member who is more than three (3) months late in paying dues may be expelled from the MC with a Committee vote.
This can be avoided if special arrangements have been made.
P. Any member may be expelled for conduct unbecoming a member of the MC.
P.1 For a member to be expelled, charges must be first made in writing and submitted to an Officer.
P. 2 Accused members will be given a hearing before the current Officers and Founding Members.
P.3 Current Officers and Founding Members will accept evidence from both parties prior to making its recommendation to the Committee.
P.4 Committee members will then present the MC with the final decision.
